WHAT YOU NEED
One jar of Solenzi Oven Roasted Tomato Antipasto 180g
Mini mozzarella balls
Small wooden skewers
Fresh basil leaves
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Glaze
DIRECTIONS: (SERVES 2-4)
- Layer on skewer in this order: Oven Roasted Tomato, basil leaf, mini mozzarella, basil leaf, oven roasted tomato
- Arrange on a platter or cutting board
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze
