Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund or returns policy.  If you are dissatisfied with the product, send us an email at hello@solenzi.com with an explanation of the problem.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping of $12 across Canada and FREE shipping on orders over $50.

Wholesale customers are charged a flat rate shipping of $30 and will get FREE shipping on orders over $150.

During peak season, orders may take up to 7 days to fulfill.
