Oven Roasted Tomato & Bocconcini Bites

This is an easy appetizer to make, and can be a great addition to a cheese or charcuterie board.  The sweet tart taste of the SOLENZI oven roasted tomatoes compliments the creaminess of the fresh mozzarella ball, and the combination is a burst of flavour in your mouth.



  • One jar of SOLENZI Oven Roasted Tomato Antipasto 180g
  • Mini mozzarella balls
  • Small wooden skewers
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Glaze



  1. Layer on skewer in this order: Oven Roasted Tomato, basil leaf, mini mozzarella, basil leaf, oven roasted tomato
  2. Arrange on a platter or cutting board
  3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
